**Job Title: Executive Property Consultant/ Legal Content Writer**

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to join our team as an Executive Property Consultant and Legal Content Writer. In this role, you will independently manage the preparation, lodgment, and oversight of Development Applications, ensuring compliance with relevant codes and regulations. Additionally, you will provide expert planning appraisals and offer written and verbal advice to clients.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Independently manage the preparation, lodgment, and oversight of Development Applications.
- Conduct planning appraisals and provide comprehensive written and verbal advice to clients.
- Maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, and regulatory authorities.
- Balance client expectations with core planning values.
- Exhibit high attention to detail in written and verbal communication.
- Think laterally to deliver commercially mindful advice.
- Demonstrate strong organizational skills, including file management and some administrative duties.
- Foster excellent interpersonal skills with clients and team members.

**Desired Experience and Skills**:

- Queensland Planning or legislation experience is desirable.
- Proven experience in legal content writing and property consulting.
- Demonstrated ability to handle diverse projects and meet deadlines.
- Project management and coordination skills.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Effective communication and collaboration within a team environment.

**Salary**: $52,333.48 - $98,861.30 per year
