We are looking to fill the position of Marketing Specialist specialising in the Taiwanese and Mandarin speaking
market to assist our growth in the Gold Coast area.

Qualification and Experience:
must have at least a Bachelor Degree in Marketing or related qualification;
must have a minimum 3 years of full time work experience in related industry;
**Main Duties**:
The Marketing Specialist is responsible for the promotion of Australian properties to China, Hong Kong and Taiwan
and updating the industrial market news to overseas agencies and referrals.

**Other duties include**:
1. Branding strategies and image control
- Communication with directors to design company introduction documents and formulate strategy
campaigns in English and Mandarin.
- Managing company branding through website and social medial interaction with news feeds and
content posting

2. Preparing marketing proposals to support departments for marketing proposals to developers, builders
and clients
- Support project marketing team to obtain collaboration opportunities with developers and builders.
- Support resale division for listing proposals.
3. Review marketing budgets, analyze platforms for advertisement, and design marketing campaigns to
engage sales growth
- Plan marketing budget for each teams on various advertising platforms, monthly sales growth review
compared with marketing distribution.
- Design campaigns to build brand awareness, promote projects and salespeople in different markets
to engage sales growth.

4. Prepare marketing materials for sales team, and manage CRM to dispatch EDM for leads generation
(English & Mandarin)
- Sale sign, flyer design and printing for resale division and property management team.
- Analyse market and prepare sales presentation kit for project marketing team design.
- EDM for each projects, listings and company events.
- Sold sign banner making for salesperson advertising.
5. Prepare Christie & Co. Gold Coast Property Expo, Brisbane Property Expo and Sydney Property Expo
- Holds property showcase every year, invited all our industry partners form our network, including
developers, builders, finance and legal experts, and education and migration consultants to have
their booths in their own showcase.
- Responsible for invitation and proposal design, venue scouting, communication with all exhibitors to
design and print booth background.
- Promote showcase via billboard and online advertising.
- EDM before and after showcase, magazine design for all exhibitors.
6. Work with developers and Christie & Co. project marketing team to plan and promote buyer events
- Prepare event marketing proposals to developers, and presentation powerpoint for speakers.
- Marketing materials creating (different languages) - invitation, flyer, EDM and advertising Venue.
- Day set up and decoration for brand image control.
- Event day video making and after event following post and promotion.
