NDIS Compliance Officer – Australian Safe Care
Location: Hybrid (Sydney / Gold Coast / Remote)
Employment Type: Full-time or Part-time
Salary: $65,000 and above + super (negotiable based on experience)

We pride ourselves on setting the standard for compliance, care, and client outcomes — and we're looking for a passionate, detail-driven NDIS Compliance Officer to join our leadership team.
The Role
As our NDIS Compliance Officer, you will oversee the governance, quality, and compliance functions of the organisation — ensuring we meet and exceed NDIS Commission and Quality Standards.
You'll work closely with our Operations Manager, Service Managers, and external auditors to ensure every process, record, and report aligns with best practice.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain and update policies, procedures, and quality management systems
- Conduct internal audits and prepare for NDIS registration and verification audits
- Ensure incident management, risk, and reporting processes are compliant
- Oversee staff onboarding, training, and screening compliance
- Support service agreements, participant documentation, and NDIS evidence files
- Liaise with auditors, consultants, and the NDIS Commission when required
- Continuously improve organisational compliance systems and frameworks
About You
You are highly organised, proactive, and confident navigating NDIS Quality & Safeguards Frameworks. You thrive in a dynamic environment and have a passion for ensuring excellence across every aspect of service delivery.
Skills & Experience:
- Strong understanding of NDIS Practice Standards and Quality Indicators
- Minimum 2–3 years' experience in NDIS compliance, quality, or governance
- Excellent written communication and document control skills
- Ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines
- Qualification in Quality Management, Community Services, or related field (desirable)
