As we continue to scale, we're seeking an experienced Accounts Receivable & Payable / Payroll Specialist who is confident using Brevity and Xero, with a strong eye for detail and a proactive approach to finance management.

The Role

This dual-function role oversees all aspects of accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll. You'll ensure accuracy, compliance, and timeliness across all financial processes while maintaining clear communication with our operations and management teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process payroll accurately using Brevity and Xero
  • Reconcile timesheets, invoices, and expense claims
  • Manage supplier payments, purchase orders, and staff reimbursements
  • Oversee client invoicing and ensure timely accounts receivable collection
  • Maintain up-to-date financial records and prepare weekly reporting
  • Liaise with NDIS and funding bodies for invoice adjustments or claim rejections
  • Support audits, superannuation, and WorkCover obligations

About You

  • 2–4 years' experience in accounts or payroll, ideally in NDIS, health, or aged care
  • Strong experience using Brevity and Xero (essential)
  • Confident understanding of SCHADS Award and payroll compliance
  • Excellent accuracy, time management, and communication skills
  • Proactive, dependable, and solutions-focused
