Position Title: Recruitment Support Officer

Reporting to: Client Services Manager

Hours: Permanent Full Time Position (Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm)

Role Description:

The Recruitment Support Officer will provide comprehensive administrative support and will be responsible for:

  • Providing administrative support to support workers in setting up and maintaining their Support Network profile
  • Reviewing and approving support worker profiles on the Support Network database
  • Liaising with support workers regarding mandatory documentation
  • Contacting new applicants and providing administrative support to assist them to register
  • Maintaining and updating the Support Network database
  • Verifying support worker compliance documentation
  • Posting job alerts and assessing worker suitability for shifts
  • Corresponding with clients regarding suitable support workers
  • Assisting the team with general ad hoc administrative tasks and duties as required

Required Skills, Experience and Competencies

  • A minimum of 2 years administrative experience, with a minimum of 6 months experience in recruitment.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong attention to detail with an ability to maintain accurate records.
  • Strong organisational and problem-solving skills with the ability to address issues as they arise and prioritise your own workload.
  • Proactive and self-motivated, possessing a strong work ethic, and the capability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
  • Ability to excel in a dynamic environment, with proficiency to adapt to shifting priorities and requirements.

Essential Compliance Requirements:

· Satisfactory National Police Certificate - on commencement of employment to be within 12 months of date of issue. During the term of employment, an updated Police Check is to be provided every 3 years.

· NDIS Worker Screening Check (valid for 5 years from date of issue) – to remain current throughout your term of employment.

· Working with Children Check (valid for 5 years from date of issue) - to remain current throughout your term of employment.
