Role Description

The RCG Trainer will deliver Responsible Conduct of Gambling (RCG) training sessions virtually via Zoom. The role focuses solely on training delivery—no assessment marking or administrative duties. The trainer ensures sessions are engaging, compliant, and meet all regulatory and organisational requirements.Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver approved RCG training sessions live via Zoom.
• Facilitate interactive, engaging, and compliant virtual learning experiences.
• Manage online classrooms effectively and support learner participation.
• Maintain professional standards in presentation, timing, and delivery.
• Report session outcomes and attendance to the Institute as required.
• Stay current with RCG regulations and industry compliance standards.

Qualifications

• Current TAE40122 Certificate IV in Training and Assessment.
• Current unit of competency SITHGAM022 – Provide responsible gambling services.

You will have

• Approved by Liquor & Gaming NSW to deliver RCG or a minimum of 3 years' managerial or supervisory experience in a hotel or registered club involving gaming machine operations. (Essential)
• Proven experience in delivering training programs and developing training materials
• Strong understanding of the hospitality industry and relevant regulations
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Experienced and proficient in Microsoft Office products & Zoom,
• An understanding of learning management systems (Axcelerate is preferred yet not essential)
• Strong virtual presentation and communication skills.
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Ability to start immediately

Job Type: Contract

Pay: $65.00 per hour
