We are expanding rapidly and seeking a General Manager to lead our operations, drive strategic growth, and uphold our commitment to exceptional care standards.

The Role

Reporting directly to the Director, this is a senior leadership role responsible for overseeing all day-to-day operations, compliance, staff performance, and service delivery across multiple regions.

You'll lead a dynamic team, strengthen systems and culture, and ensure Australian Safe Care continues to deliver best-in-class support services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily operations across NDIS, Aged Care, SIL, STA, and MTA services.
  • Lead, mentor, and support the Operations, Intake, HR, and Finance teams.
  • Ensure full compliance with NDIS Practice Standards and relevant legislation.
  • Manage budgets, profitability, and business performance metrics.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with participants, families, and stakeholders.
  • Drive strategic growth initiatives and expansion into new regions.
  • Represent Australian Safe Care with professionalism, empathy, and integrity.

About You

  • Proven experience in a senior management role within NDIS, Aged Care, or Health Services.
  • Strong understanding of compliance, audits, and regulatory frameworks.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • Financial and operational management experience.
  • Empathetic, solution-focused, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Passionate about quality care, team development, and client outcomes.
