Duty Manager - Regional QLD

Looking for your next step in hospitality leadership? We are seeking experienced Duty Managers to join vibrant venues across sunny Queensland. These are hands-on roles where you'll lead daily operations, deliver great guest experiences, and support the growth of well-regarded community hubs.

What you'll be doing:

  • Oversee day-to-day operations across bar, bistro, gaming, and accommodation
  • Lead, mentor, and motivate staff to deliver high-quality service
  • Ensure compliance with liquor, gaming, and WHS regulations
  • Manage rosters, stock control, and supplier relationships
  • Support promotions, events, and community engagement initiatives
  • Be the go-to person for guests, ensuring every visit is memorable

What we're looking for:

  • Previous leadership experience in hospitality venues
  • Strong customer service and team management skills
  • RSA & RSG essential; RMLV and Approved Manager licence highly regarded
  • A hands-on, approachable leader with commercial awareness
