Are you a dynamic and experienced hospitality professional looking to take the next step in your career? We have exciting opportunities for a Front Office Assistant Manager to join our team and play a crucial role in ensuring exceptional guest experiences across both The Ville Resort-Casino and Ardo.

The Role

As the Front Office Duty Manager, you will contribute to the day-to-day operation and administration of the Hotel Department, including supervising the Front Office team. You will liaise with customers who request Managerial attention ensuring a positive experience, assist in the preparation of Front Office forecasts, reporting, rostering and timesheets and ensure that you remain abreast of all current promotions, activities and events within the Hotel and Casino.

About You

• Previous experience and an understanding of Hotel Front Office Operations
• Open Queensland Drivers License is Preferred
• Tertiary qualification in a Business-related discipline preferred
• Experience in leading professional hospitality teams within large corporate organisations, or site property
• Demonstrated ability in developing productive relationships and managing and driving change
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Understanding of relevant legislation and regulations
• Experience with a property management system, in particular Opera Cloud is highly desirable.
• Extremely high attention to detail.
• Time management skills with the ability to multitask.
