The Opportunity

We are seeking an enthusiastic, dedicated and reliable Administration Assistant to join our team in Helensvale for a 12-month fixed term contract. Reporting to the Executive Assistant you will be responsible for various administration and office support duties such as diary and meeting management, compiling information for presentations and reports, reviewing invoices, catering and travel bookings and various administrative tasks as required by the Executive Assistant.

Essential Skills and Attributes

  • A reliable and enthusiastic team player who is willing to pitch in
  • Someone who is comfortable taking direction but who can also demonstrate initiative
  • Demonstrated attention to detail
  • Have a friendly and polite manner and a positive 'can do' attitude
  • Sound computer skills and competent with the Microsoft Office suite
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Current Drivers Licence
