About the Role

We are seeking a Junior Administration Assistant / Receptionist who is looking to start their career in office administration and grow long-term with our business. This entry-level role offers hands-on training and support to help you build skills in administration, customer service, and office coordination, with a clear pathway to develop into a Repair Coordinator position for the right person.

This is a full-time, in-office role (no work from home). You will be the first point of contact for our office, both telephonically and digitally, ensuring clients and contractors are greeted warmly and calls are managed professionally. This role will also support the wider team with day-to-day administration tasks.

Key Responsibilities
  • Answer and direct incoming phone calls and emails.
  • Data entry and updating of job management systems.
  • Assisting with scheduling, booking site assessments, and coordinating trades.
  • Preparing basic correspondence and documents as directed.
  • Providing general administrative support to the team.
About You

This is an entry-level role suited to a recent school leaver or someone starting their career in administration. No prior experience is required, but the right attitude is essential.

  • Organised with good attention to detail.
  • Interested in building a long-term career with opportunities for advancement.
  • Comfortable working in a small, close-knit office environment (must be fairly softly spoken).
