As we grow, we're looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Office Administrator to help keep our operations running smoothly.

The Role: Office Administrator

As our Office Administrator, you'll be the backbone of our day-to-day operations. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys variety and takes pride in doing things thoroughly and accurately. You'll manage reception, provide administrative support, coordinate events, and work closely with the Sales Manager to keep things running efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet visitors and manage reception duties with professionalism and attention to detail
  • Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence promptly and accurately
  • Provide general administrative support to the team, including data entry, filing, and document preparation and management
  • Plan and coordinate workshops, seminars, and MRC Events, ensuring all details are executed thoroughly and smoothly
  • Support the Sales Manager with scheduling, reporting and ad-hoc tasks
  • Maintain general office administration and organisation
  • Assist colleagues with ad-hoc tasks while ensuring accuracy and organisation

What We're Looking For:

  • Proven experience in office administration, reception, or a similar role
  • Strong organisational skills with exceptional attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and CRM systems
  • Confident using both PC and Mac platforms
  • Ability to work autonomously, part of a team and support multiple departments
  • A proactive, can-do attitude with a willingness to learn
  • Previous experience in events coordination is an advantage
