What you will do

  • Greet patients and provide a warm and engaging experience.
  • Manage dictations and letters with strong attention to detail.
  • Efficiently respond to phone calls and emails.
  • Utilise Word, Excel, and our patient management system for patient management tasks.
  • Work closely with our Dental Assistants to provide a seamless patient experience.
  • Proactively assist with additional administrative tasks

What you will bring

  • Minimum 1 year's experience in Dental or Medical administration or front desk role
  • Previous experience working in a fast-paced environment, managing competing priorities
  • Must hold current Australian Driver's License and have access to own vehicle.
  • Self-motivated, eager to learn, and demonstrate initiative
  • Strong team player, able to collaborate for smooth workflows
  • Professional and clear phone manner
