About Us
Aegis Property Group is a top tier office leasing firm that operates exclusively in the Brisbane metro area. We are looking for an experienced, driven, and motivated office manager and team assistant to support join our rapidly growing team.
The Candidate
You will need to be highly organised and have excellent communication skills. You will diligently perform your duties and show great attention to detail and time management skills. You possess all the capabilities and attributes normally expected in any corporate support role including superior Microsoft Office suite capabilities, general IT knowledge, interpersonal skills and the ability to prioritise your tasks and meet deadlines.
Your role will require you to be client facing at times and it is imperative that you have a professional outlook and presentation. While experience in a commercial property team in desired, is it not required.
The Role
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Reception duties such as answering the phone, greeting clients, preparing for meetings;
- Handling and distributing mail;
- Document creation and editing in Adobe, Canva, Excel, PPT and Word
- Creating leasing submissions from auto-generated templates;
- Coordinating internal and client events;
- Data entry duties;
- CRM assistance;
- Office duties – i.e. maintaining office and kitchen supplies, maintaining a clean and tidy work environment, watering plants;
- Uploading expense receipts;
- Collecting keys for properties;
- Personal and team assistant duties i.e. booking travel, meetings and other ad hoc personal assistant items
