Are you passionate about supporting others and driven to deliver results? We have a great opportunity available now for a People and Leadership Officer in a temporary role until 26 June 2026. You'll play a vital part in ensuring the smooth and effective operation of our People and Leadership (HR) team by contributing to a wide range of human resource activities and providing high-level administrative support across the employee lifecycle.

Key duties
- Maintain and input data into the HR Information Systems (Aurion and Elmo) ensuring data integrity.
- Prepare all employee related documentation and respond to general enquiries in a professional and timely manner.
- Support and coordinate the end-to-end recruitment and selection process.
- Manage the People Team and Recruitment inboxes.
- Provide support to the People and Leadership team projects and coordinate initiatives as required.
- Review current processes and highlight efficiencies that can be implemented.
- Conduct research and analysis for HR related programs and generate reports on general HR activity.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with employees and leaders across the business.

For this role, we will consider your:
- Experience in a similar human resources or administrative role.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks concurrently while maintaining a high level of attention to detail.
- Ability to develop and maintain relationships with a diverse group of stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team with a proactive approach.
- Qualification in Human Resources or similar
- Experience in using HRIS such as Aurion and ELMO or similar
