Clinical Receptionist – Full Time | West End Brisbane

About the Role

As the first point of contact for our patients, you'll play a vital role in delivering exceptional service and supporting the day-to-day operations of our practice. This is a full-time position with opportunities for growth and development.

Key Responsibilities

  • Welcoming patients and managing check-ins and check-outs
  • Scheduling appointments via Best Practice and HotDoc platforms
  • Managing phone and email enquiries with professionalism and care
  • Processing payments and Medicare claims
  • Supporting clinical staff with administrative tasks
  • Maintaining patient confidentiality and accurate records

What We're Looking For

  • Proven experience using Best Practice and HotDoc (essential)
  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience using Best Practice is required
  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience using HotDoc is required
  • Strong time management and multitasking abilities
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • A proactive attitude and ability to work independently
  • Previous experience in a medical or allied health setting (preferred)
  • Australian work rights are essential for this position
