LAKES HYUNDAI & CHERY NORTH LAKES are looking to fill a Full Time Sales Receptionist role (38 Hrs + Rostered Saturdays).

If successful, you will be joining a team of great people working with two of the world's most innovative Automotive brands.

In this role you will be required:

  • Answering of incoming calls and returning calls on behalf of the Sales Department
  • Data Entry and checking Data online for accuracy
  • Sending Sales emails as directed by the respective Manager
  • Assisting Clients upon arrival and departure.
  • Managing Sales Department email inbox enquiries

To be considered for the role, you will have:

  • Reasonably proficient computer skills
  • Commitment to high levels of customer service
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Confident and pleasant telephone manner
  • High attention to detail and the ability to multi-task
  • A basic understanding of Automotive terminology
