We are a small health clinic looking for a receptionist to work 1-3 shifts per week. You will need to be able to use the computer with ease for booking patients, writing letters and sending emails and other administration tasks. You will need to be able to answer calls and phone clients. You will need to be able to use an eftpos machine to take payments. Customer service is our top priority. We are a small friendly clinic with lots of returning clients so you will get to know the clients and know how to assist them. Previous experience is not necessary as we will train you but experience would be a bonus. University students / gap year students welcome to apply. Ideally you would live near/ within 10km of Kenmore. Some shifts can start at 7.30am some days and some finish at 7pm so flexibility is required.

Australian work rights are required for this position.

This role requires availability for weekday shifts only.
