Queensland Radiology Specialists is a radiologist-owned company dedicated to providing the highest standards in patient care through quality scanning and meticulous reporting. We're seeking a Lead Receptionist to join our team across our Chermside and West End clinics.

The Role
  • Full-time position supporting management with daily tasks.
  • Comprehensive training provided.
  • Opportunity to work across both Chermside and West End clinics.
What We're Looking For
  • Radiology background encouraged but not essential.
  • Excellent phone manner for enquiries and bookings.
  • Strong communication skills, including welcoming and supporting patients.
  • Exceptional organisational skills with the ability to prioritise effectively.
  • A positive, team-oriented attitude with proven customer service skills.
  • Previous medical/clinical or reception experience is highly regarded (training provided).
  • Knowledge of Medicare processes is a bonus.
  • Compassionate, caring nature and impeccable personal presentation.
  • Flexibility to travel between both clinics.
