Join Our Energetic Team at Osteoworks as a Receptionist (15–25 hrs/week – Casual)

Osteoworks, a vibrant and professional osteopathic clinic, is looking for a dynamic Receptionist to join our passionate team on a casual basis hours per week). About the Role:

As the first point of contact for our patients and visitors, you'll be an essential part of the Osteoworks experience. Your role will include greeting clients with genuine care, managing appointments, handling phone and email communication, and supporting daily clinic operations. Full training will be provided on all systems and processes.

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Warmly greeting patients and visitors with professionalism and empathy
  • Answering and managing phone calls and emails in a clear, courteous manner
  • Managing appointment scheduling and patient flow through the clinic
  • Performing front desk duties such as filing, laundry coordination, mail handling, and light administrative support
  • Maintaining patient confidentiality and a polished presentation of the front office

What We're Looking For:

  • A personable and polished communicator with excellent interpersonal skills
  • 1–2 years of previous experience in a reception or office environment
  • Confidence in handling busy environments and multitasking efficiently
  • Strong time management and organization skills
  • Professional presentation and a can-do attitude
  • Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word and Excel)
  • Reliability, punctuality, and flexibility with availability

Bonus Points:

  • Experience with multi-line phones and general office equipment
