Shape the way learning projects come to life

We're on the hunt for a Project Manager who thrives on bringing structure, clarity and momentum to complex learning projects. As part of our Project Experience Team, you'll be at the centre of the action — steering timelines, keeping resources humming, and ensuring every project delivers on its promise.

  • Take the lead on diverse, high-impact learning projects
  • Balance scope, budgets, resources and timelines with confidence
  • Work remotely and flexibly (0.6 FTE), from anywhere in Australia - Start ASAP
  • Join a supportive, purpose-driven team that values collaboration and impact

About Us

At BSI Digital Learning, we've been designing learner-centred education solutions for over 25 years. Our clients trust us to craft engaging, meaningful learning experiences across government, corporate and not-for-profit sectors.

We're a remote-first team, equipped with the culture and tools for seamless collaboration, wherever you are. Our Project Experience Team is the beating heart of delivery — the crew who makes sure ideas move from concept to completion with focus, energy and impact.

About the Role

We're looking for a Project Manager who knows how to guide learning projects from kick-off to launch without missing a beat. You'll balance competing priorities, manage resources effectively, and keep projects within scope, on budget and on time. You'll also act as the glue for our delivery & development teams, creating a smooth and rewarding project experience for everyone involved.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and deliver end-to-end learning projects with precision
  • Track timelines, budgets and risks, and make proactive adjustments to stay on course
  • Manage project scope to keep deliverables clear, achievable and client-aligned
  • Optimise resources across teams to ensure the right people are on the right tasks at the right time
  • Build trusted and collaborative relationships through clear, consistent communication
  • Contribute to continuous improvements in how our Project Experience Team works and delivers
  • Support the Head of Project Experience to drive project momentum, ensure processes run smoothly, and keep teams aligned and focused on delivering outstanding learning outcomes

About You

You're a natural problem-solver who gets energy from creating order in complexity. You understand the nuances of managing learning projects, and you're just as comfortable having big-picture conversations with clients as you are fine-tuning schedules with your team.

  • Proven experience managing learning or education-related projects
  • Strong skills in effective resource management and utilisation
  • Ability to manage and control project scope to keep deliverables on track
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills
  • Confidence juggling multiple projects, deliverables budgets and deadlines
  • A collaborative, proactive and solutions-focused approach

It is essential that you've worked in large-scale learning environments, with experience in digital learning, content development or edtech highly regarded.

Why Join BSI?

We believe great projects aren't just delivered — they're experienced. As part of our Project Experience Team, you'll have the flexibility to work where you work best, the autonomy to shape your projects, and the support of a group of professionals who genuinely care about doing meaningful work, together.
