This is an Office Coordinator position for our client in the property space. They are a small team with plenty of work, and they need someone who can step in and run the admin show. You will be onboarding & liaising with clients, coordinating trades and services, supporting the team with daily tasks, keeping projects on track and supporting marketing initiatives too. You will be shown everything you need when it comes to systems and software, so what matters most is your organisation, energy, and initiative.
They value process, growth, learning, professionalism, consistency, and attitude. If you bring new ideas, suggest better ways of working, and take ownership, you will have influence & make a big impact.
There is also real opportunity for growth. Over time, you will have the chance to step up into an Operations Manager position, building this department from the ground up and shaping how it evolves as the business grows.
This role is located in Crows Nest, Mon-Fri, 9-5 however they are flexible on start and finish times.
