We're on an exciting journey of innovation and growth and are excited to be looking for a proactive and organised Project Coordinator to support our Project Management team, ensuring the smooth and efficient delivery of new product development (NPD) and growth initiatives.
In this vital support role, you'll work closely with the Strategic Project Manager – Asia & Private Label, helping to orchestrate projects from idea to launch. You'll provide coordination, documentation, and administrative support to ensure projects run seamlessly — enabling our teams to deliver timely, impactful product launches that strengthen our market position and delight pet owners everywhere.
This is a newly created role and reflects our exciting goals and ambitions to continue to lead the market in pet nutrition and fresh product innovation. The Pet Food Industry in Australia is growing, and we are looking to harness that growth and expand our ambitions internationally.
What You'll Do- Support project delivery across Marketing, R&D, Operations, Finance and Supply Chain
- Coordinate timelines, documentation, meetings, and reporting to ensure projects stay on track
- Drive clear communication across teams and keep stakeholders informed
- Help ensure projects launch on time, within scope and budget

- You're detail-oriented, highly organised, and love keeping things on track
- You thrive in a fast-paced FMCG or manufacturing environment
- You're a strong communicator who enjoys working cross-functionally
- You have experience supporting projects, ideally in product development or innovation
