About the role
We are seeking an enthusiastic and driven Leasing Consultant - Junior Property Manager to join our dynamic team at Stone Real Estate Crows Nest. This full-time role will be based in our Crows Nest office and will play a key part in delivering excellent customer service and growing our residential leasing and property management portfolio.
What you'll be doing
- Assisting with the marketing and leasing of residential properties
- Conducting Open for Inspections and liaising with prospective tenants
- Completing tenancy leases, applications, ingoing/outgoing inspections and reports
- Coordinating property inspections and maintenance
- Providing exceptional customer service to our tenants
- Supporting the wider property management team as required
What we're looking for
- Some previous experience in real estate is preferable, but not necessary
- Current Certificate of Registration
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent organisational and time management abilities
- A proactive and solutions-oriented approach to problem solving
- A keen interest in the property industry and a desire to learn and grow
- A current driver's licence and a reliable vehicle
