**About the person**:
The role requires a personable, proactive, professional, and resilient individual who loves picking up the phone and talking to people. This role would suit an individual who has had previous experience in a role where customer experience and positive outcomes are your main drivers. This could be in a face-to-face or office-based role. We are looking for someone who is looking for career development as this role has lots of potential opportunities.

You will have strong administrative skills and an eye for detail in managing customer information and data. Knowledge of Customer management systems (CRM) and Microsoft Office Software is essential.

**Duties include but are not limited to**:

- Manage all membership inbound and outbound enquiries
- Process membership payments and membership renewals
- Support the Membership Manager with ad-hoc administrative tasks
- Membership acquisition, induction and retention
- Maintain the membership database and website

**To be successful you will have**:

- Experience in customer service or administrative role
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Team Player
- Ability to promote a diverse range of products and services
- Professional, personable, and motivated with the ability to thrive in a collaborative, team environment
- Experience using IMIS is highly desirable but not essential CRM systems and Microsoft Office
