The Place

Transport Hotel in Melbourne's CBD is the 'GO TO' venue in Melbourne. With 2 kitchens over 3 levels we are now looking for enthusiastic Chef de Parties to join our dynamic team as we move into Springtime in the CBD.

We have CDP opportunities in both Taxi Kitchen Restaurant & Transport Public Bar. All roles with the real potential to develop into senior chef roles throughout the group.

The Roles

Taxi Kitchen is all about serving a great product with passion, humour and expertise.  This 1-Hatted restaurant is now looking for a CDP who can not only bring their skills with them - but be open to learning a whole bunch of new skills from our talented team.

Transport Hotel is a venue with many faces. And at Transport Public Bar it's not just the big screens and location that make Transport Hotel a favourite for sports fans, but with 18 varieties of beer and cider on tap, and an elevated, but still familiar bar menu, Transport Public bar is the perfect CBD pub. As CDP you will work with the head chef to evolve and develop the offer in a fun, busy and engaging work environment.
