This is a fantastic opportunity for a passionate chef looking to refine their craft and grow within a highly regarded team.The Ideal Candidate Must Have2 years experience as a Chef de Partie or above in a premium, à-la-carte restaurantEuropean cuisine highly regardedSolid understanding of management practices in a sectionHighly adaptable and able to perform in high-pressure service periodsSolid understanding of food safety standardsOrganisational and time management skillsExcellent communication and presentationAble and willing to work weekends, public holidays, opening and closing shiftsQualification in Commercial Cookery or equivalentWorking with Lucas RestaurantsWe exist to see our team succeed.
