About the role

Exciting opportunity for an experienced Chef de Partie to join the talented culinary team at The Park Wyndham pty ltd, T/A The Park Werribee. As a full-time Chef de Partie, you will be responsible for overseeing a specific section of the kitchen, ensuring the consistent delivery of high-quality meals to our guests.

What you'll be doing

  • Preparing and cooking a wide range of dishes to exceptional standards
  • Supervising and training junior chefs in your section
  • Maintaining strict food safety and hygiene standards
  • Collaborating with the Head Chef to develop new menu items and improve existing ones
  • Ensuring efficient, timely, and organised workflow in your section of the kitchen
  • Proactively identifying and resolving any issues that may arise during service

What we're looking for

  • Minimum 2 years' experience as a Chef de Partie or equivalent role in a high-quality restaurant or hotel kitchen
  • Strong knowledge of food preparation, cooking techniques, and presentation
  • Excellent time management and multi-tasking skills
  • Ability to work well under pressure and as part of a team
  • Passion for creating exceptional culinary experiences
  • Relevant food safety and hygiene certifications
