About You

Are you a bold, strategic, and hands-on marketer with a passion for beauty and innovation? We're seeking a Head of Marketing to lead our dynamic team across digital, brand, new product development, and design. This is a rare opportunity to shape the marketing direction of a global beauty business during a time of rapid growth and transformation.

The ideal candidate is commercially sharp, creatively fearless, and thrives on pushing boundaries. You'll bring a proven ability to scale brands internationally, deliver standout campaigns, and inspire a culture of creativity and performance.

Key Responsibilities


• Partner with the CEO and Senior Leadership Team to drive brand, digital, and commercial marketing strategy across all TBN brands.


• Lead, inspire, and mentor a multi-disciplinary marketing team, fostering a culture of innovation, accountability, and collaboration.


• Oversee brand positioning, campaigns, and digital initiatives that build awareness, engagement, and sales globally.


• Drive category-leading product innovation from concept to launch with international suppliers and partners.


• Ensure consistency and impact across all consumer touchpoints, from e-commerce to retail activation.


• Own marketing performance metrics and deliver strong sales, margin, and ROI outcomes.


• Champion TBN's growth into new markets, shaping strategies that resonate globally.


• Build strong partnerships with agencies, distributors, and retail partners.

What We're Looking For


• 5+ years' experience in senior marketing leadership roles, ideally in beauty, skincare, or FMCG.


• Proven track record of delivering profitable growth, global expansion, and successful product launches.


• Expertise in digital first marketing, brand storytelling, and customer engagement strategies.


• Strong people leadership skills - able to coach, inspire, and elevate a diverse, creative team.


• Commercial acumen with the ability to balance creativity and strategy.


• A visionary mindset: bold, innovative, and not afraid to challenge the status quo.
