About the RoleYou will join our Truth and Healing team within the Aboriginal Affairs Group. The Truth & Healing Branch is entrusted with delivering some of the NSW Government's most important commitments under Treaty, OCHRE and Unfinished Business. Their work is guided by the voices of survivors and Aboriginal communities and is underpinned by principles of co-design, cultural safety, and truth-telling. The Executive Assistant provides a range of executive, secretarial and administrative support services across a range of complex issues to support the Senior Executive/s achievement of Aboriginal Affairs objectives.

We're Looking For
- Executive Support & Prioritisation: Demonstrated ability to act as a trusted point of contact for senior executives, exercising sound judgment, discretion, and confidentiality to manage competing priorities and optimise executive time.
- Diary & Meeting Coordination: Proven experience in managing complex calendars, coordinating travel and meetings, and maintaining accurate records to support the smooth operation of executive functions.
- High-Level Communication: Strong written communication skills, including the ability to prepare, review, and coordinate high-quality documents such as briefing notes, submissions, and correspondence in response to sensitive and complex issues.
- Resilience & Adaptability: Ability to manage high workloads and shifting priorities under pressure, while maintaining professionalism, confidentiality, and a commitment to quality.

Salary: Classification Clerk Grade 7/8. Package includes base salary ($113,574- $125,720) plus superannuation (12%) and leave loading.
