**About Our Client**:
Our client is a company that specialises in providing innovative aesthetic products and treatments. They offer a wide range of solutions in areas such as facial aesthetics, body contouring, skincare, and eye care. Their products include dermal fillers, neuromodulators (such as Botox), skincare products, and medical devices. They aim to help individuals enhance their natural beauty, restore youthfulness, and improve self-confidence through safe and effective aesthetic products.
- Providing comprehensive executive and administrative support to the General Manager, ANZ.
- Managing complex diary management, including planning and scheduling internal and external appointments for the GM.
- Handling extensive national and international travel arrangements.
- Preparing expense claims.
- Assisting in the preparation of high-quality correspondence, presentations, and reports.
- Managing agendas and recording minutes for meetings, particularly the monthly ANZ Leadership Team Meeting.
- Coordinating events, company conferences, and offsite meetings.
- Responding to general inquiries and re-routing urgent matters in the absence of the GM.
- Coordinating logistics for visiting members of the International Leadership Team.
- Editing, designing, and distributing internal communications.
- Acting as the first point of contact for media inquiries.
- Assisting finance in managing the corporate travel agency.
- Providing occasional administrative assistance to the finance head, if required.

**The Successful Applicant**:

- 6+ years of experience in executive support or personal assistant roles, with 2-3 years working closely with directors or general managers
- Experience in the pharmaceutical industry and/or sales and marketing environment is desirable
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a good understanding of business etiquette
- Exceptional organisational and time management skills, including the ability to manage complex diaries and travel arrangements
- Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with professionalism
- Proactive and resourceful, with the ability to anticipate needs and take initiative
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook
- Strong sense of accountability and a can-do attitude
- Good business acumen and knowledge of company operations and structure
