Sales Operations Executive

We're looking for a proactive and detail-obsessed
Sales Operations Executive
 to join our growing team. This role is crucial in ensuring excellent customer experiences across our wholesale and distributor channels. It's not a boring back-office support role - this is a key opportunity in our sales team where accuracy, initiative and speed directly impact our reputation with wholesale and distributor partners. Our Sales and Marketing teams drive demand; it will be your responsibility to ensure every operational detail behind that growth is executed with precision.

Key Responsibilities:

Account Management: Wholesale and Distributors:

  • Manage exisiting relationships with wholesale customers via email and phone.
  • Provide prompt and professional responses to inquiries, orders, and account queries.
  • Communicate with our existing customer base regarding new products and support opportunities to upsell.

Order Processing & Invoicing:

  • Process orders accurately in Xero and warehouse management software.
  • Work closely with logistics and warehouse teams to ensure seamless order fulfilment.
  • Assist with sales administration tasks as required.

Sales Growth & Upselling:

  • Identify opportunities to upsell products when handling orders.
  • Support the sales team in achieving revenue targets by strengthening customer relationships.
  • Act as the first point of contact for all new business enquiries, representing the company with professionalism and confidence.

Qualifications & Experience

  • A genuine passion for supporting customers and delivering exceptional service.
  • Minimum of 
    3 years' relevant experience
     in account management, sales operations, or a related field.
  • Strong numerical and analytical skills with proven accuracy in invoicing and PO management. Proficiency in 
    Xero
     and 
    Google Sheets/Excel
     is essential, additional training will be provided.
  • Skilled in 
    problem-solving
     and able to handle customer queries with professionalism.
  • A natural 
    team player
     who thrives in a fast-paced FMCG environment.
  • Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Meticulous attention to detail, with a focus on accuracy and consistency.
  • A confident self-starter, comfortable working within a small, close-knit team and taking ownership of your role.
