The role of
Sales and Marketing Operations Manager
is to support and enhance our revenue-driving efforts. This role will be responsible for optimizing sales and marketing processes, analyzing performance metrics, managing our CRM system, and ensuring cross-functional alignment between sales and marketing teams. The ideal candidate has a data-driven mindset, strong analytical skills, and experience in marketing automation and sales enablement.
What you'll be doing:
Marketing Operations:
- Manage our marketing automation tech stack (HubSpot).
- Ensure marketing and sales teams are aligned on lead qualification, scoring, and handoff processes.
- Track marketing performance, campaign effectiveness, and ROI, providing insights and recommendations.
- Assist in budget planning, cost optimization, and marketing spend analysis.
- Monitor website and digital campaign performance using analytics tools (Google Analytics, etc.).
Sales Operations:
- Oversee and manage CRM (HubSpot) to ensure data accuracy and usability.
- Develop and implement sales forecasting, reporting, and analytics processes.
- Improve sales productivity by streamlining lead generation, tracking, and conversion processes.
- Collaborate with sales leadership to optimize pipeline management and deal tracking.
- Ensure smooth onboarding and training of sales teams on operational tools and best practices.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
- Act as the bridge between sales and marketing teams, ensuring seamless coordination.
- Work closely with IT to ensure optimal set up for any new software.
- Support leadership in strategic planning, market research, and competitive analysis.
- Recommend and implement process improvements to drive efficiency and effectiveness.
