We are one of the largest specialised aluminium finishers in Australia, with facilities in Melbourne, Sydney, and Brisbane. Our journey started 50 years ago with a vision to excel in aluminium finishing. Today, we have grown to be a recognised leader in high-quality Powder coating, Anodising, and Woodgrain finishes.

The Role

An exciting opportunity exists for an enthusiastic and experienced sales professional to contribute to sustainable company growth. Working from our Wetherill Park facility, NSW, your key responsibilities will be working with existing Architects, Aluminium fabricators, Builders, other customers, and developing new high-quality business partnerships.

Become part of a team that is driving to become the Number 1 in the industry. A team that is always looking to improve and have a 'Can Do' attitude. Your role is primarily on the road face to face with customers and building strong relationships.

Your key responsibilities will be:

  • Drive sales and growth through existing aluminium fabricator and distributor partners, and specialised customers across construction and manufacturing
  • Generate new business by recruiting new customers and guiding them to success
  • Build strong relationships with key players based on mutual business value
  • Develop a keen awareness of project opportunities on which AAF and our customers can capitalise
  • Meet sales and revenue KPI's
  • Create a compelling approach to your sales delivery that aligns AAF's business and services value proposition with customer needs
  • Maintain CRM data and use sales tools to measure all aspects of performance and drive continuous improvement
  • Assist with and participate in industry events and networking opportunities.

  • Has experience or a keen interest in construction and architecture
  • Is experienced using Hubspot or a similar CRM and sales tools
