About Us
We're an emerging Australian software company based in Sydney, having developed an innovative platform designed to streamline compliance management across all facets of company, employee and contractor compliance for Labour hire, strata and construction businesses. As we expand, we're looking for a driven, entrepreneurial Sales Representative to help grow our customer base and establish our brand in the market.
The Role
We're seeking a motivated Commission-Only Sales Representative
who thrives on building relationships and closing deals. You'll play a key role in driving revenue growth by introducing our software to businesses across Australia.
This is a performance-based role — perfect for someone who's confident in their sales ability, wants flexibility, and is excited by the potential to earn high commissions and secure future equity in a growing tech company.
Key Responsibilities
- Work through an establish prospective client list.
- Prospect and identify new business opportunities within target industries.
- Conduct product demos and presentations for potential clients.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers.
- Work closely with our leadership team to refine sales strategies and customer acquisition processes.
- Represent the brand professionally and contribute to market feedback and product development insights.

About You
- Proven experience in B2B software or technology sales (SaaS experience preferred).
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and comfortable working independently.

- Based in
Sydney, NSW
(or able to travel for client meetings as needed).
