Professional Audio & Television (PAT) is looking for a highly organised, detail-driven, and self-starting Logistics, Admin & Sales Support professional to join our Hornsby office.
This is a key role at the heart of our business — perfect for someone who thrives on juggling multiple tasks, loves working with people, and takes genuine pride in what they do.
What you'll be doing:
- Coordinating daily operations across our Sydney and Auckland offices
- Managing all incoming and outgoing freight – quality control is a must
- Handling project schedules, including hardware and software deliveries
- Booking and coordinating staff travel, tradeshows, and roadshows
- Organising and replenishing office supplies and promotional stock
- Overseeing the repairs and servicing of company vehicles
- Organising internal and external events for staff and clients
- Providing general admin and sales support to our teams in Sydney & Auckland
- Acting as a go-to team member who just gets things done

- Attention to detail and a strong sense of ownership of your work
- Highly organised, task-driven, and confident working unsupervised
- Ability to multitask in high-pressure environments
- A clear and confident communicator – from juniors to CEOs
- Ability to assess situations and build action plans
- Current driver's licence (manual licence highly desirable)
- Team player with a positive, can-do attitude
- Pride in your work, and the initiative to go the extra mile
- A wicked sense of humour – we're serious about not taking ourselves too seriously
