Professional Audio & Television (PAT) is looking for a highly organised, detail-driven, and self-starting Logistics, Admin & Sales Support professional to join our Hornsby office.

This is a key role at the heart of our business — perfect for someone who thrives on juggling multiple tasks, loves working with people, and takes genuine pride in what they do.


What you'll be doing:

  • Coordinating daily operations across our Sydney and Auckland offices
  • Managing all incoming and outgoing freight – quality control is a must
  • Handling project schedules, including hardware and software deliveries
  • Booking and coordinating staff travel, tradeshows, and roadshows
  • Organising and replenishing office supplies and promotional stock
  • Overseeing the repairs and servicing of company vehicles
  • Organising internal and external events for staff and clients
  • Providing general admin and sales support to our teams in Sydney & Auckland
  • Acting as a go-to team member who just gets things done

  • Highly organised, task-driven, and confident working unsupervised
  • Ability to multitask in high-pressure environments
  • A clear and confident communicator – from juniors to CEOs
  • Ability to assess situations and build action plans
  • Current driver's licence (manual licence highly desirable)
  • Team player with a positive, can-do attitude
  • Pride in your work, and the initiative to go the extra mile
