Join our friendly team in a growing retail business supporting the Master Data Administrator to ensure the accuracy, completeness, and consistency of inventory master data in accordance with internal policies.

This is a full-time role at our premises in Brendale with a stable and growing business in the construction and renovation supply industry.

There is room for advancement in this role for the right candidate.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintenance of inventory master data file.
  • Creation of new inventory item codes, merging inventory codes, inventory kitting BOM's, supplier maintenance / information.
  • Maintaining inventory records to ensure accuracy including updating pricing, both cost and sell as well as maintaining min/max data for all stocked, indent and kit code items.
  • Monitoring stock levels, auto replenishments and coordinating with relevant teams to maintain optimal inventory.
  • Data Integration/Operations by executing data creation, updates, and validations via an upload process and manually.  Ensuring the flow of master data between different warehouses.

Required Skills & Experience

  • Minimum 3 years experience in master data maintenance or similar role.
  • Experience with Pronto ERP or similar would be highly desirable
  • Microsoft Office Suite experience and intermediate to advanced Excel skills are a must.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities under pressure.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills; able to work autonomously.
