They play an important role in ensuring the movement of critical resources across Australia, ensuring that our heavy industries continue to thrive.

This position plays a critical role in overseeing the accurate and timely completion of the rental administration, and fixed asset functions of the business.

Key responsibilities on a day-to-day will include:

- Ownership of the rental administration function including issuance of new rental agreements, monthly invoicing, customer portal administration and off-hire reporting.
- Monthly hire reporting which includes the collation of monthly rental data by branch and the production of the monthly rental report.
- Maintaining the integrity of the asset transfer process within the system via overseeing the process and liaising with business managers.
- Completion of the asset capitalisation and disposal process as required which includes new asset set ups and executing the asset divestment process.
- Monthly reconciliation of the fixed asset general ledger to the fixed asset sub-ledger.

**The Successful Applicant**:
Other desirable qualities include:

- Exposure to Microsoft Dynamics or Business Central highly regarded, or use of other ERP software.
- Ability to manage stakeholders, and interact with business managers on a regular basis.
- Sound knowledge of Microsoft Excel, with formula knowledge highly regarded.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (i.e., MS Excel).
- Good time management skills with the ability to set priorities and operate under strict deadlines.
