We are a wholesale mattress manufacturer looking for an amazing person for the role of Receptionist / Warranties Administrator / Sales Assistant at our Brendale premises.

The position is a Permanent Part-time Job Share role starting at 2.5 days per week, with the potential to expand.  The role mainly consists of reception duties and the handling of any warranty claims which are received, plus walk-in sales assistance.

Key responsibilities will include as follows:

Answering phones and assisting customers

Handling of warranty claims, from initial enquiry to finalization of claim

Data Entry

Sales assistance for walk-in customers

Dispatching goods

Invoicing

Processing of Sales Orders

Collection/sending of mail as required

Other duties as directed

The right candidate will possess the following skills:

Outstanding phone manner & communication skills

An excellent ability to problem solve

A high level of diplomacy

The ability to build excellent working relationships with both customers and colleagues alike

Excellent Word & Excel skills

Ability to create a positive experience for all customer

Enjoys engaging with customers and securing sales

Experience with Accentis or Wilcom Embroidery Studio an advantage, but is not essential

A can-do positive attitude

Can work independently
