Our client is a highly regarded investment manager with a strong track record of performance and is a respected leader in its asset class. The firm manages multiple funds with favourable research ratings, and its products are broadly available across major wealth platforms.

This is a hunter-style role, suited to a driven and commercially minded distribution professional who thrives on building new relationships and driving inflows. You'll represent a well-established brand with a strong story to tell and high-quality investment solutions.

The Role

You'll be responsible for growing the firm's footprint across the NSW adviser channel, engaging with financial advisers, dealer groups, and private wealth firms. Working closely with the internal distribution and investment team, you'll identify and convert new business opportunities while deepening existing relationships.

Key Responsibilities

  • Proactively identify and convert new business opportunities across NSW
  • Build and manage relationships with advisers, dealer groups, private wealth firms, and asset consultants
  • Deliver clear, credible product presentations and investment insights
  • Drive fund inflows through targeted engagement and adviser education
  • Partner with internal teams to enhance marketing, reporting, and client servicing initiatives

About You

  • 5+ years' experience in a BDM or distribution role within funds management or platforms
  • Strong network and relationships across the NSW adviser community
  • Proven ability to generate new business and achieve sales targets
  • Sound understanding of managed funds and investment products
  • Confident communicator with strong presentation and interpersonal skills
  • Highly motivated self-starter with a results-driven mindset
