Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in the Greater Sydney Area. The Senior Development Manager will be responsible for overseeing and managing property development projects from inception to completion. Daily tasks include coordinating with architects, contractors, and other stakeholders, managing project timelines and budgets, conducting site inspections, ensuring compliance with regulations, and reporting progress to senior management. The Senior Development Manager will also play a key role in strategic planning, market analysis, and stakeholder engagement to ensure project success.

Qualifications

  • Experience in property development management, including project planning, execution, and delivery
  • Strong skills in budget management, cost control, and financial reporting
  • Ability to coordinate and manage multiple stakeholders, including architects, contractors, and regulatory bodies
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proven ability to conduct market analysis and strategic planning
  • Capability to conduct site inspections and ensure regulatory compliance
  • Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Urban Planning, Construction Management, or related field
  • Experience in residential, commercial, industrial, retail, or mixed-use developments is a plus
