The Role

This role combines sales support, telemarketing, customer service, and executive assistance. You will work closely with our Business Development Managers (BDMs), estimating team, and operations staff to ensure a seamless sales process from enquiry through to project handover.

Key Responsibilities

Project Sales & Customer Support

- Manage and monitor the sales pipeline (via Pipedrive or similar CRM).

- Oversee the sales inbox, respond to enquiries, and ensure prompt follow-ups.

- Prepare deposit invoices, create projects, and produce professional handover briefs.

- Format and prepare quotations from estimates, ensuring accuracy and presentation.

- Coordinate with estimating to help deliver quotations to customers on time.

- Handle reception duties: answer calls, qualify enquiries, and direct them appropriately.

Telemarketing & Lead Nurturing

- Make outbound phone calls to potential and existing customers to gather updates on opportunities.

- Qualify and nurture leads, identifying the right time for BDMs to engage and close deals.

- Arrange site visits and site measures with customers to progress quoting opportunities.

Assistance to BDMs

- Manage diaries, appointments, and travel bookings.

- Organise information packs, site details, and schedules for sales runs.

- Book accommodation and support logistics for business trips.

Administration & Reporting

- Compile weekly sales reports from Pipedrive for sales meetings.

- Support order processing and documentation across departments.

- Maintain accurate data and organized sales records.

What We're Looking For

- Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise and multitask.

- Confident communicator with excellent phone manner and customer service skills.

- Previous experience in project sales support, customer service, or executive assistance.

- Comfortable with outbound calling and telemarketing to build rapport and qualify leads.

- High attention to detail and accuracy in reporting and documentation.

- Proficiency in CRM systems (Pipedrive experience a plus) and MS Office.

- A proactive, solutions-focused approach with a willingness to take initiative.
