Real Estate Sales Agent

NEV KANE REAL ESTATE (established 1953). This independent, well-established family business is seeking a sales professional to join their small experienced sales team in the growing hinterland town of Yandina, servicing the areas of Yandina, North Arm, Valdora, Maroochy River, Eumundi, Yandina Creek, Cooroy and beyond.

Plenty of opportunities abound in the areas of residential, farms, acreage and commercial sales.

**Must be**:

- Experienced (12 months real estate experience preferred)
- Well presented
- Must have proven sales ability
- Enthusiastic about prospecting properties and inspections
- Available to work some Saturday mornings
- Prepared to put up signs
- Prepared to conduct open houses on weekends

**Must have**:

- A current Real Estate Licence or Sales Certificate
- Empathy with clients and customers
- Proven negotiation skills
- A good telephone manner and accessibility
- Respect for REIQ ethics and other agents
- A reliable and presentable work vehicle

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $57,000.00 - $71,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
