About the Role 

We're seeking a versatile and detail-oriented professional to join our team in a role that combines Office Administration, Product Estimation, and Customer Service. This is a dynamic position that requires the ability to adapt to shifting priorities while maintaining accuracy, professionalism, and client focus.

In this role, you'll support the smooth running of our office, prepare accurate product cost estimates, and deliver exceptional service to our clients and stakeholders. You'll collaborate with our different teams throughout the customer journey, contributing to both operational excellence and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide professional, client-focused communication across phone, email, and face-to-face interactions.

  • Assist with office administration tasks, including documentation, scheduling, and general support.

  • Prepare detailed cost estimates using our internal calculator and supplied client information by reviewing architectural plans and technical drawings to extract accurate data for quotations.

  • Maintain product knowledge to effectively educate clients and support precise quotations.

  • Ensure accuracy, efficiency, and adherence to internal processes.

  • Support a collaborative team environment by contributing to shared goals and tasks.

About You

You have an eye for detail can follow processes and enjoy managing multiple responsibilities with confidence.

Requirements:

  • Strong organisational and problem-solving skills with a focus on accuracy.

  • Excellent communication skills and a client-first approach.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and general office software.

  • Ability to shift priorities quickly and manage competing deadlines.

Advantageous Skills:

  • Background in manufacturing, construction, or related industries.

  • Proven experience in administration, estimating, or customer service roles.
