About the role

Join the Nutworks' team as an Assistant Dispatch Co-Ordinator. This is a casual position based in Yandina, QLD 4561. You will play a key role in the Warehousing, Storage & Distribution operations of this dynamic manufacturing company.

What you'll be doing

  • Assisting with the coordination and oversight of all outbound shipments, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of products to customers
  • Processing orders and managing documentation for all dispatches
  • Communicating with customers, carriers and internal stakeholders to provide updates and resolve any delivery issues
  • Supporting the planning and scheduling of transportation to optimise routes and efficiency
  • Maintaining detailed records and reporting on dispatch performance metrics
  • Adhering to all safety protocols and procedures within the warehouse environment

What we're looking for

  • Proven experience in a dispatch, logistics or warehousing role, ideally within a manufacturing or distribution environment
  • Strong communication and customer service skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with both internal and external stakeholders
  • Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills to ensure accurate and timely order fulfilment
  • Proficiency in using warehouse management and transportation planning systems
  • A flexible and adaptable approach to work, with the ability to prioritise tasks and respond to changing business needs
  • A current driver's and forklift licence
