The Role

IDEAL OFFICE FURNITURE PTY LTD is seeking a talented Sales Person / Telephone / Showroom Sales professional to join our dynamic team in Bella Vista, NSW. As a key member of our sales department, you will play a crucial role in driving the growth and success of our leading office furniture and Headsets company.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Engage with customers, both in-person and over the phone, to understand their office furniture needs and provide exceptional sales support
  2. Expertly demonstrate and showcase our wide range of premium quality office furniture products
  3. Prepare detailed sales proposals and quotes tailored to customer requirements
  4. Provide post-sales support and liaise with customers to ensure a seamless experience
  5. Collaborate with the broader sales team to achieve individual and department sales targets
  6. Stay up-to-date with industry trends, product knowledge and sales techniques

What We're Looking For

  1. Proven track record in a sales or customer service role, furniture industry sales preferred but if you have great sales skills we invite you to still apply.
  2. Excellent communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills
  3. Strong product knowledge and the ability to identify and recommend the best solutions for customers
  4. Driven, target-oriented and passionate about delivering an exceptional customer experience
  5. Proficient in using sales and customer relationship management tools
  6. A team player with the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
