Beaumont Property Group is a leading property services organisation that brings together some of Sydney's most respected real estate and strata management brands, including Beaumont Strata, Waratah Strata, Coutts, and Norwest Commercial & Industrial.

We are seeking an experienced and creative Head of Marketing to oversee brand strategy, campaigns, and communications across all divisions. This role offers the opportunity to shape the group's identity, lead a talented in-house team, and deliver projects that strengthen our presence across the property sector.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the development and implementation of marketing strategies across all brands
  • Oversee digital, print, and social media campaigns, ensuring brand consistency
  • Manage internal and external communications, media, and public relations
  • Support recruitment and retention campaigns in collaboration with HR
  • Deliver high-quality content for websites, advertising, and award submissions
  • Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners
  • Analyse marketing performance and report on campaign outcomes

About You

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
  • Proven experience in a senior marketing leadership role
  • Experience working within multi-brand or professional services environments
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Strategic mindset with a hands-on approach to delivery
  • High attention to detail and creative flair
