ABOUT THE ROLE
MESHKI is looking for a Head of Trade to be the driving force behind our global revenue strategy. As the architect of sales, margin, and customer lifetime value, you'll turn product and marketing plans into powerful campaigns, offers, and site experiences that hit financial targets while elevating our brand. You'll bring together Product, Marketing, E-Commerce, and CRM to deliver the right product, at the right time, with the right message - fuelling growth and shaping the future of our business.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING

  • Own the global revenue number across all channels and markets, ensuring sales, margin, and sell-through targets are met.
  • Build and deliver the global trade strategy and commercial calendar, aligned to product launches, seasonal demand, and financial goals.
  • Review daily, weekly, and monthly performance against targets; adjust levers (pricing, offers, content, product focus) in real time to recover gaps.
  • Partner with Product, Merchandising, and Planning on category strategy, hero product focus, and lifecycle management.
  • Shape promotional strategies and campaigns that balance revenue growth with brand equity, optimising offer types across markets and segments.
  • Adapt trade strategies for local market seasonality, customer behaviours, and competitive landscapes.
  • Lead cross-functional alignment between Product, Marketing, E-Commerce, CRM, and Operations to ensure flawless execution of campaigns and launches.
  • Map key cultural events, seasonal peaks, and regional demand drivers into commercial plans for AU, US, UK, Middle East, and Asia.
  • Benchmark competitor calendars and adjust strategies to maximise share of voice and sales opportunities.
  • Use data and insights to inform pricing, promotions, and investment decisions, driving continuous optimisation.
  • Lead and mentor a high-performing commercial team, setting clear goals and accountability frameworks.
  • Run weekly trade reviews, sharing insights and driving urgency across teams to deliver revenue targets.
  • Embed contingency planning into trade strategies, with tactical levers to recover underperformance.
  • Foster a culture of agility, innovation, and data-driven decision-making.

WHAT YOU'LL NEED TO BRING

  • Proven track record in commercial growth, trade, or revenue leadership within retail, fashion, or consumer sectors.
  • Deep understanding of trading principles, promotional strategy, and global market dynamics.
  • Strong analytical and commercial acumen, with experience using data to influence decision-making.
  • Skilled at balancing brand equity with sales objectives in high-growth environments.
  • Demonstrated success in leading cross-functional teams and aligning stakeholders around revenue goals.
  • Experience managing global trade calendars and adapting plans to regional seasonality and customer behaviours.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire, mentor, and develop high-performing teams.
  • Excellent communication and storytelling ability to influence at all levels.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with shifting priorities.
