Startup Fashion Brand is looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist to take ownership of the digital growth strategy across paid and organic channels.

You will be working closely with the Head of Marketing on campaign strategy, and manage our external performance marketing agency on execution, optimise performance across key digital platforms, and ensure we're maximising ROI while keeping brand storytelling at the heart of every initiative.

Key Responsibilities

  • Campaign Management
    : Develop, brief, and manage digital marketing campaigns across Google Search, Shopping, Performance Max, YouTube, and TikTok in partnership with an external performance marketing agency.
  • Growth Marketing
    : Drive customer acquisition and retention through performance-driven campaigns, ensuring consistent growth in traffic, conversions, and revenue.
  • Budget Ownership
    : Manage and optimise marketing budgets to ensure efficient spend and strong ROI.
  • Agency Collaboration
    : Partner with external specialists to ensure campaign execution aligns with brand and performance goals.
  • Analytics & Optimisation
    : Monitor campaign performance, provide actionable insights, and implement strategies to continually improve results.
  • Organic Social Growth
    : Oversee content strategy and community engagement across organic social channels, ensuring strong brand presence and growth.
  • Agile Collaboration
    : Work closely with a lean internal team, managing marketing briefs and collaborating cross-functionally to deliver impactful campaigns.

About You

  • 3–5 years' experience in digital marketing, within eCommerce, digital agency, or a growing consumer brand.
  • Proven track record of managing and optimising campaigns across Google Ads, YouTube, TikTok, and social platforms.
  • Experience working with or managing external agencies to deliver growth-focused marketing outcomes.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in performance reporting and translating insights into growth actions.
  • Ability to thrive in a
    fast-paced, startup-style environment
    comfortable with ambiguity, able to pivot quickly, and resourceful in finding solutions.
  • Excellent organisational skills; able to juggle multiple priorities while keeping an eye on the big picture.
  • A creative, entrepreneurial mindset—you're not afraid to hustle and experiment to deliver results.
