Business Development Sales Manager

Location: Office located in Alberton, Gold Coast

About the Role

You'll be responsible for building new client relationships, nurturing existing accounts, and identifying opportunities for business growth. No construction industry knowledge is required — we'll provide full training on our services and systems. What we're looking for is someone with energy, enthusiasm, and motivation to drive results.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage client relationships across the region
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities
  • Represent the business at industry events and client meetings
  • Work closely with our operations team to deliver tailored solutions
  • Achieve agreed sales targets and contribute to business growth

About You

  • Proven experience in sales, business development, or account management
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Proactive, self-motivated, and results-driven
  • Able to work independently while being a strong team player
  • Based in Gold Coast or Brisbane (essential)
